- Traditional Thai massage
- A massage without oil, done in comfortable clothing. The therapist works with palms, thumbs and elbows along the body's energy lines, then gently stretches you through a series of positions. It loosens stiff muscles and brings back a sense of ease in movement.
- Thai oil massage
- Long, flowing strokes with warm aromatic oil over the whole body. The pace is slower than in traditional Thai massage and you agree the pressure with your therapist. A good choice when what you mainly want is to switch off and settle down.
- Foot and reflex massage
- A massage of the feet and lower legs with pressure on the reflex points, usually done seated or half-reclined. It is short and focused, and you stay dressed. A good choice if you spend your day standing or walking.
